    I didn't know the 400 was standard on the LeMans wagon back then. Beats the 301 that showed up a few years later all to pieces!

    Certainly beats the V6 that became the base LeMans engine in 1978.

    That must have changed from 73, in 1973 the 350 2bbl was standard on a Lemans Safari, with 350 4bbl, 400 2bbl, 400 4bbl, and 455 4bbl as options.
