10:30AM right now. 63F right now, and we're getting a nice little thunder storm. Fairly rare for this area.

P/C 87F, feels like 96F according to weather channel. Just came down from cleaning pine needles off roof and out of gutters. Pretty hot up there. no breeze.

I think my daughter's about ready to do that all by herself.........
I'm giving it about 2 more months......
She'll be looking all around for a job in her field, may have to go out of state, and BF isn't excited at all about pulling up roots.

Yeah, there has been a heat advisory here as well. This evening clouds rolled in and we got a spattering of rain. I was expecting a thunderstorm, but it dissipated. But it made it muggy. One thing about Yakima, it has a low humidity, so even when it's hot it's usually a dry heat. Unfortunately it means the boys have to stay inside which can cause everyone to go a bit crazy. I just hope our A/C doesn't conk out. It did last summer about this time, so we ended up with a new unit (which wasn't cheap) oh the joys of home ownership. At the very least, the new unit is under warranty. I think we'll be fine as long as we stay inside.

It helps to cover the Sun-facing windows during the day, but the trick is that the covers have to be on the outside of them, and usually HOAs give you the red @$$ about it.
The same clouds rolled in over Puget Sound, and made it hella humid, but the temp didn't exceed the upper 70s where I am. I just keep running the fans.

My thermometer got up to 36.7 or 98 in Vancouver and the humidity was at 58%, so a little sticky. The garage was very uncomfortable both Saturday and Sunday as I try to get both Buicks ready for the road trip to Portland for the BCA Nationals! Thankfully, I put in a/c during the renovation of the house so at least I had somewhere to escape the heat.

my oven drive way a few minutes ago was 38c = 101f Our local weather on the net says 22c (72f) but feels like 27c (82f) with 68% humidity, Real brilliant that the 2 locations they take our temp where there is a ocean breeze and not some where in town. And the news said it was supposed to start getting cooler today:slap:.

At 10:30 at night, it is 16 degrees Celsius or 61 degrees Fahrenheit. Chilly for the middle of July, that's for sure.

Its a very comfortable 75F here in west central GA at 930pm, low humidity, windows open, fans running, very mild for GA for middle of July. :thumbs2:

The Cat Man and Miss Dollie may have the heat on at their place south of me in North FL?

I went down to Pasco and Walla Walla today, and it was hot there too. 106-108F was what the thermo-meter was saying. At one point coming home the outside temp on the interstate registered 111F. It's warm. At least it's a dry heat...

Man, I'm surprised it gets that warm up where you are........ That's like Palm Springs weather!
We pushed up to around 95 or so today. The battery in the Way Back Machine struggled in the heat. When I cranked it for the first time today (around 2:30), it didn't kick over right away like it usually does on the first start of the day. Had to go to Costco, so I drove the whole way with the A/C off and the windows down. It was kinda like standing behind a jet engine....

It's still 75 where I sit. I got so I don't care what it is outside. We're not used to being home in July and part of August so aren't used to thunder constantly rumbling and intermitant rain.
But since you asked it's actually not bad. 88 out with 97 heat index as I eat warmed over Taco Bell tacos.
