Hello, I'm an OLD CAR NUT, and wanted to join a site where folks know what they like. I acquired a 1986 OLDS C/C with less than 45,000 miles, but in the process of getting it transported, it went thru a hail storm. It has really hurt my desire to keep it, as it destroyed the trim, cracked the windshield, and dimpled the car. I have alot invested, and I'm torn as to keeping it or selling it. Can you get any insurance money or anything for damages from the transport company? If so maybe you could find another and have a good parts car if that one can't be fixed. That's a shame!! Anyway welcome and hope it works out for ya!!

Sorry to hear about the damage. Is it too far gone to repair? Paintless dent removal can sometimes take care of hail damage - get some estimates and see if it can't be repaired.
