Loving that '53 Ford Ranch Wagon! I have never seen, nor did I know, Ford offered that two-tone paint scheme at the rear fenders (Im not an expert my any means... however since I own one, Ive researched the '53 Ford paint schemes and options pretty thoroughly ). Im going to guess that lower rear fender paint scheme was an "additional request by the owner of the dealer" to match the belt line, before delivery Just guessing. Regardless, its kind of cool!

Yes styletone paint was available through the dealer he, or the dealer probably had that done to match the window moldings. I’ve seen some Customline cars two toned that way. ‘50-‘54, other than top treatments were kinda hard to two tone due to a broken molding line. ‘55 on up sure made it easier with sweeping belt lines.

I have a sinking feeling that Grand Torino wagon is no longer with us. Probably not the Plymouth or Dodge in front of it either. Those cars weren’t that old, but man they sure got thrashed.

Really like this photo! Is that a '55 or '56 Chevy 210 wagon behind the 1956 Country Squire?

    It’s a ‘56 Chevy Beauville wagon (210) behind a ‘57 Country Squire.
