From above: I get the feeling this is a 'still shot' from some movie. Looks like Las Vegas in the early 80's, and I swear the guy standing at the corner of the Mustang is Phil Collins... Can't be sure though. Anyone have another take, or more information on this?

Very similar to the old Texaco Station I worked at. Office on the right, two bays on the left. We also had a Jeep with a plow. And my '56 Nomad had a Black front end just like the '56 at the right in the picture.
Bingo! In this case, it looks more like "Fistfights are Forever". Sean Connerey was a milkman, before taking up acting. So, he shouldn't have any trouble taking care of himself
OK. I confirmed that Mustang was in 'Diamonds are Forever'. I still think though, that the guy is (somehow) Phil Collins, and not Sean Connery. Mr. Collins would have been around 20 years old at the time this movie was made.
