Each summer there is a vintage camping trailer rally in Roslyn WA, not far from here that I have wanted to attend for some time now. Each time something has come up and I haven't been able to make it. Well, this year I put it on the callender and made sure there was nothing else competing for the time slot. There were a number of cool vintage tow rigs that made the trek hooked to period trailers. There were only a few wagons, (some not vintage) but I took a few photos to share. This was a Beautiful 1956 Chevrolet 210 two door wagon. We were in competition with it for "Best vintage tow rig and trailer" It won the award, deservedly so. Interesting 50s style paint and faux wood Caprice wagon and Magnum. The Caprice was for sale and could be had for $3500. I figured it was bagged, but my buddy saw it pull in and he said it was scraping the ground the entire way. We had a great time. We met lots of great folks (including Safari 57) and hope to be able to make more of these rallies in the future.
