I don't speak any foreign languages. And what I'd say to it would be banned on most forums!

My CC issuer will give you a "one use" only special card number tied to your account. I had a situation where $1000 in charges popped up on my statement right after I had used my CC to make a RockAuto.com purchase. The virtual number helps stop that from happening.

I had my CC issuer give me a separate CC for on-line purchases. It has a low limit (1K) unless I call them and tell them in advance that I am making a purchase for approximately X$ from a specific seller. I came to this after I'd made a one time purchase for Chevelle parts, then I had 3K dropped on to my regular card in 2 day period, starting with a few electronic games for 30 bucks each, then a slightly larger purchase the same day, then early the next a $2.7K purchase in one pop. At that time the CC issuer suggested the separate card. And they proved that the shipments went to someone in the eastern States so the sellers were on the hook to collect their loot from the place where the goods were delivered.

This way my regular card is not at risk, nor my credit rating. I never let companies like Amazon keep my card number on file, too big a risk of them being hacked no matter how much they say they are totally secure.

For on line purchases I have a prepaid card, and I only prepay enough for what I'm going to purchase that day. No muss, no fuss, and ZERO chance of problems. No balance, no charges.

An ATM card is normally tied directly to your bank account. Better to use a prepaid credit card issued by a 3rd part. There is NO link of any kind to your other finances.

Thats a good point. Now I have some good news. Zoe got a ride to the KC airport and I get to go up there with her. Not to Chicago, just to KC. Our friends with the Cadi hearse are going to take her and get her when she comes back a week later. I get to spend a week alone with my cats and roommate. I will also be "fixing" the catcon on the weekend. The bolts are rusted tight and I have to get something to loosen them. So I will be able to keep myself busy working on the car.

If you have to just break the bolts off. You can buy more cheap.
I think our son's little Ford Ranger is related to your Kia! Third motor and he constantly has trouble. He removed his cat convert. on the truck. and added a length of pipe. But with yours gutted and replaced no one knows. We won't tell!

She got her first paid vacation and her friend who lives up there paid for plane tickets. She went to look for jobs and to look at apartments. I miss her terribly so. She has some good leads.

I know. I cant wait. She found a place that they guy is offering to sell for a good price the furnature that he isnt taking which is good since we dont have any. Also she has a couple of good job opportunities. She is having fun and that is important. We have both come to see wagons as good omens and we saw 6 one the way to KC. 6 and 9 are our favorite and our lucky numbers. I feel so happy and fortunate. Especially, with having Zoe as my wife.
