Back in the 90s, there were Pontiacs on every corner. Sunfires, Grand Ams, Grand prix and the odd Firebird. Ever since those models were replaced by the G5, G6, G8 it seems that Pontiac disapeared off the map.

I think both Pontiac an Ford (With the Taurus) screwed themselves buy dropping well known names of cars with riducoulous names like the G3, G5, G6, G8, and 500.

At least Ford realized quickly and brought the Taurus back!

I tell ya, there's still Pontiacs all over town here. I don't like the new names either. We mostly just see Grand Prixs and Grand Ams here. We're an older car town. You know the ones where itseems like every daily driver was built 10 years or longer ago?
