Newbie wagon owner! 67 Ford Country Squire

    I love how the remote control rear-view mirror control is made into the dash by the headlight switch.

    This big pic shows the Convenience Control Panel with all of it's PW switches, and the PDL switch.

    Very rare.
    Don't understand Ford's thinking on this, though. The PW controls on the doors would have been much easier to use for the driver than reaching down down to the dash. What was the reason for integrating them in to the SCCP?

    My 1968 Parklane Brougham didn't have all those bells and whistles. I bought it in early 1969 with 1,200 miles on it (dealer's wife's car). Loaded but not like your wagon is. Very nice and very rare options. Congrats.:thumbs2::bowdown:

    Logic has nothing to do with this...they are an ergonomic nightmare...and totally fabulous all at the same time!

    Thanks a lot man! I appreciate it. Im in the process of finding a new engine for it due to the main bearing. It runs and drives though. Drives very smooth I may add!

    That's fantastic, Tom! Good luck with getting the new engine too! :2_thumbs_up_-_anima My husband and I just started taking apart our new baby...can't wait till it's in as good a shape as yours..gonna be a while though! :cry:hehe
