As some may know, I just have started to plan some modifications for my car. The first will be more a sort of optimization so maybe next to some hp I will win some MPG.
Well, I am almost ashamed to tell you guys, but I just could not pass on them. I just bought a set of lightweight wheelnuts.......... :rofl2:

    Now that is extreme!

Let's see at 2 grams less per nut - a half ounce less weight - 2 gulps of coffee - should work out to about 1/2 teaspoon savings! Going the extra meter for free! YES! :rofl2:

By the way Roadking, what does awhorin' mean? It sounds pretty much like "ouwehoeren", which literally means "old hookers" in dutch, but is used as chatting, bs'ing....

Did you ever feel guilty about the extra coffee?

See, you and I can go an extra 3 hours driving at night on a cup of coffee. That's almost ZERO Energy for high output, and then we flush it all out back into the aquifer. With those lighter nuts, you should really buy another cup of java to celebrate. :biglaugh:

Having studied Latin and Greek-based languages, I have always argued that English is a basket language, made up of words from every language on the planet, and there you are proving it out. I guess every Latin-based language could be described the same way. Greek probably has some derivative languages too.

Years ago, I made up a Horse-Race handicapping program that would 'slurp' the web racing forms, do a numerological prognosis of each name and jockey name and select the top 3. It worked based on the original Assyrian Numerology (1 to 8) and was half-a$$ed with the Greek Pythagorean system (1 to 9). Assyria's alphabet is the root of the 21 letter Ancient Greek and modern-day 21 letter Latin and Italian alphabet, but good old Pythagoras tried to clone Solomon's Wisdom medallion's secrets into his version which today's Astrologists and Numerologists bought into. I had to learn the equivalent letters of all the Latin-based alphabets to do this racing program to make it work properly.

The double LL in Spanish is really a Y in English. So if the Jockey's name was Castillo, the program would convert it to a Y for evaluating it's numerological value. Slavic languages were beyond my grasp. Never could wrap my brain around the subtleties of the language. Loved hearing it pronounced, but had no idea if they were insulting or warm and friendly. :biglaugh:

Yeah, I know we shouldn't but it's like Mutt and Jeff, Yin and Yang, Yo and Yo (Yo-Yo?), To and Fro! Peas in a pod.

What good is having a ball if you don't have a wall to bounce it off of?

RK, we gotta get a handle on this addiction, honest, but it's soooo hard.

RK, help me out here, TBird's right, lets just high-jack our own. Maybe Stefan could give us a new forum called the Rubber Room.

Thanks Senri, but we have gone overboard many times, and TBird and Rev try to point out our wayward ways, and we've got to respect people's threads. He's right.
