Here is my by the way comment: Having adjustable suspension is a very nice plus in my opinion, with my static drop I was constantly dragging my hitch or rear corner and sometimes front valance. Now when I encounter a deep gutter or driveway I just hit the switch and up I go. This also comes in very handy when a UHP is around as I slowly and magically get closer to stock ride height right before their eyes. I have had them say before "man this car looked a lot lower when you were coming at me", my answer "hmmm isn't that strange?".

Tedy, you of all people know I can take a poke and I know that most you guys like my car even though it falls in the "lowrider" class for sure. My Toyota trucks is my daily get around and it could probably get out of your muddy driveway in 4wd. As said by our buddy Scout, eveyone likes what they like, the forum is a place to share our love and fun for what we are all passionate about, even if my Shwag looks like Cheech and Chong should be passing a doob in the front seat.

PS: You or anyone else here has never said they don't like my car...it may not be their favorite but always very respectful of the work involved.

Haven't seen a wagon lower than mine yet(without adjustable suspension). I like them long and low. If you do go that way, buy a GREAT set of shocks and the ride won't be affected. It might even handle a little better as mine did. The down side for me is the driveways, ramps, and dips in the road. And these are NYS roads(the worse!)This isn't my first rodeo with a lowered car, so it's pretty much "once you own one, you'll LEARN how to drive it", and I do drive mine a LOT during the summer. Good luck

[QUOTE Well I only have rear air shocks and a pump with a switch....takes a lot longer gut if I got a load I can raise it ................what did you do hyd or bags[/QUOTE]

I have hydraulics front on rear on seperate circuits, I run accumulators on both pumps so the ride is nice and floaty. Each pump has just one battery and the front runs off the cars battery. I originally wanted air bags but the front control arms were too narrow and too close together, in the end hydros weren't my first choice but have been reliable and leak free since about 2005 now. I have full adjustment even with the car in motion...which has come in handy more times than I can remember.

Okay guys here is the plan. Next week the big ol CP goes into the spring shop for 2 inch dropped springs in front and then re-arch the rear leafs to bring the back end down just above the level of the front. New front adjustable shocks and new rear air shocks and hopefully the ride quality is as good or better than it rides now. I really appreciate the feedback and advice from all of you. Pics to follow soon.

Oh boy, this will be great. Looking forward to pics - and actual measurements before and after. Personally, I enjoy a wagon that is slammed but still functional.
