    Thanks Rev, I checked out most of these on line. But hubby is taken them into a dealership body shop(he knows them) they're going to give him a deal. (y)

    Got them back...

    all sandblasted and they even painted. :) They did a great job, barely charged us anything for it, even better :2_thumbs_up_-_anima They'll be needing new rubbers in the ends.
    Another baby step...

    :whew: whew that was a bit of a walk back, but I found why resto thread. :yup:

    The reno in the house is almost complete...soooo, hubby will be able to get back to tinkering with Fannie...:29:

    With these new brakes hubby will be able to get the rear end back on the car. Then we will have to decide...start the front or get the quarter panels put on...I know what I want to do next but what do you think?

    They're here...

    :yahoo: My new ;), original hub caps arrived yesterday and they look better then they did in the pictures. :yahoo:
    I also got the borchure(a copy) earlier in the month. I took it to Staples had it laminated and bond so it looks like a book again. Had it been an original I wouldn't have had anything done to it but since it was just copied pages I wanted it back into a book form so no harm done. However if I ever come across an original one I would probable snap it up.

    They kinda look like they have gold in the center but they really don't, must be a shadow??? They are in amazing shape!

    That is awesome and I'm happy for you:clap:. My old timmer bud was only able to find 2, and they were in horrible condition.
