The way this is going, I wouldn't be surprised to see $25k - which I am sure will be appreciated by the seller.

Also the possibility of someone enticing the seller with a strong offer to end the auction early.

 

Schill bidding!!!!!!!

 

Not sure why there would be schill bidding at this early stage. It's still within range of what most would consider a good market value for the vehicle. I can easily see a lot of buyers with good money wanting this. I don't think shill bidders are going to be needed, as long as the seller doesn't have pie-in-the-sky expectations, like say, $40k........

 

I'm waiting for the bidding to go higher. I'm purely guessing that the reserve will be about $18,000. Hopefully I can win a Kewpie doll with that guess!

 

The bidding on this '76 Buick is not at all out of market value given the superior condition, options and rarity at this point. As the saying goes, "find another like it."

It'll end up on a boat to somewhere, it's almost like exporting the Washington monument in historical terms,
the size is close to the same too.
Why is the AC always not working??? Fix the antenna too, then you can say everything works and make things easy.
It could be a major problem or just need a charge but people with Clamshells on the brain probably don't care anyway.
I'd wonder if those hokey yacht club signal flag initials on the doors will come off without taking the paint with them?
