The guy emailed me back. Pictures are from a year and a half ago, car is in storage almost 2 hours from him and he has not seen it since he bought it and put it in storage. Not willing to get anymore pictures and the righ fender was wrecked and repaired thats the reason for woodgrain missing.

    Hmmmmm.....

Still might be worth a look, but that doesn't sound very good, does it?

    That's ridiculous; I'd keep looking.

Thats my question. I guess you are supposed to go pick it up and stick the money through a slot in the wall? LOL.

Sorry, if this Pontiac is as nice as it seems, it deserves a very good new home. Owner sounds quite 'difficult.'

I just received an email from the seller. He wants to know why I am not interested in his car anymore. Hmmmmmm, I don't like buying a grab bag car for $2,500. Thats why

You don't think he bought the car sight unseen do you? I've done that a couple of times before and hopefully I've outgrown that. Especially the 41 Buick Sedanette I bought out of New Jersey from a "Buick Guy" and the Passport Transport driver got out of the truck apologizing, and all he did was deliver it. I'll leave the rest to your imagination.

He emailed me again and thought I was crazy since I wanted my nephew to drive it back for me. He was like, "this car is 40 years old, Why would you drive it" That there tells me it is NOT in road worthy condition

He also added a new photo to the photobucket account. The woodgrain on the tailgate does not match AT ALL.
