    The contact information from the auction and the craigslist ad are the same. It appears to be the same seller.

    It's been on Craigslist this whole time, the ads ran along with the eBay auction. The guy had it listed in two spots.

    I'm guessing the eBay buyer hasn't paid yet is why the Craigslist ad is still up.

    Ah. That make total sense In a weird way. I guess it’s good to cover all your bases. Sorry if this sounds dumb. What happens if it sells on EBay for $12k and then subsequently sells on Craigslist for $14,000. Is the seller obligated to cover the Ebay sale? Probably not... but I guess as long as no money changes hands. But I would be frustrated.
