This one I like a lot. Not so perfect that you could not drive and enjoy.

I'm interested to see how high this goes. This is RIGHT up my alley and NOT far away.

Very nice interior and it has the "Brougham" interior option, which is attractive and always a plus. Woodgrain looks "painted" on though - but he/she does say it could use paint/woodgrain, no biggie, the car looks straight, thats the main thing.

Reserve has been met at $3400 with 3 days and a few anxious hours left.

The only thing I don't dig about this wagon is that ugly silver stereo in the dash, but at least it's shaft style and I should be able to stick a stock Ford radio in there (or an early 80s era analog tune Alpine/Kenwood/Pioneer somethingorother). The back speaker boxes are kinda funky looking too but I could get some interior paint from Dearborn or whatever and let them blend in better. The white paint on the body I can sand smooth and touch up. The copper paint where the wood was is OK by me. And the grille is a little bit light, I would have to use a darker argent gray on those plastics. The '73 Galaxie hubcaps would have to go in favor of these finned 1968 model ones:

and then it'd be perfection :yahoo:
