Hi Guys, need some help. I know for a fact the interior of this car has never been out. Can anyone tell me where the buildsheet is typically in a 69 chevy wagon? I have taken off all door panels, looked under carpet, under seats, dash, rear door, most carpet areas, and the passenger side rear quarter. I can'r imagine if they were put on the gas tanks that any could survive? HELP! I know its there somewhere. :) Dave

Nice intro Dave. I'd check under the front seat tucked in the seat springs, or under the rear seat for the build sheet.

I would check the top of the gas tank too. They have been known to survive
if the tank isn't rotted out.

I will check the tank. I have checked the seats to no avail. I wonder if it is in the 3rd seat or the rear back upper seat? Those are covered in the steel? Maybe I should start cutting the mint headliner? :) Thanks for the replies! I know its there somewhere! Dave

It could be GM employee's had a bad habit of putting them anywhere they could. But don't be surprised if you don't find one that happens a lot too.

I hate to say this but one of 2 things happened. Either it was removed by previous owners or it never had one cause it went to a well known drag racer.
