    I scored a cool old press tin toy station wagon this morning when I stopped for gas,,a coupe of elderly lady's were set up beside the station and I saw this in a box of toys. HRP

    They offered me the whole box of toys for 20 bucks,,I told them the car was all I was interested in.

    One lady said 5 bucks the other said let him have it for 3 bucks.

    It was worth 5 to me so that's what I gave. HRP

    That's a nice model wagon. Must be worth at least $3.50 so $5 wasn't bad.

    That's a great score, it is made by Bandai of Japan. It appears to be all there, most of the time these are missing the back window or the tailgate or both. It should clean up pretty good, I use regular car wax but dilute it with water so it just cleans it without removing the 50+ year old paint. Does the friction motor still work? I'm wondering what else was in that box.
