Sonny lives inside with us . We have two other dogs that live outside most of the year . A Rott and a Pittie mix . When it gets too cold we move them into the kitchen at night .
Dillbert T. Dawg likes to curl up on my chest. I have an ipad so I can browse the world wide interweb while stretched out on the couch.
Whenever I have a computer problem, Bodhi gets in my face if I'm on the floor plugging wires, or if I'm at the keyboard or on the phone with Sanjeer @ IT he presses up against me and needs to be petted. When I'm just reading email or posting here, he's happy to be in the other room sleeping on the couch. He's almost six years old and we bailed him out of prison just last March, so I don't know how he got so interested in computers. It IS nice to have a friendly (usually) silent companion around during those frustrating times.....
My beagles fall asleep and snore. After about 30 minutes of that I sometimes join them, and the computer lands on the floor.
This is why I have a tower and monitor type computer. Nothing to fall. Also no doggie to distract me from these important messages. Altho Dollie does sometimes rub my belly and give me treats!
Lucy (actually the wife's dog) pets her front paws up on the arm of the recliner, on the left side. I put my hand out to pat her head, and she goes back to the floor. We do this about 5 times, then she comes around to the right side and stares at me. If it's around 7:45PM, she starts to whine and beg for her nightly treat - a rubber thingy partially filled with peanut butter. I take it to the bedroom, put the treat on the bed and put up the ramp I've built so she can get up on the bed by herself. Lucy:
Relax, Fannie. The beagles are asleep on the bed, safely out of harm's way. The computer seems to survive, somehow, too.
It's high time you play Dollie the following video, to show her who's boss, Sir: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAzESJ62irI
Didn't that audience look and act just thrilled to be there?....NOT! The video does work though, my wife walked out but my German Shepherds turned into this until I turned of the video.......
