There are currently 431 T-shirt shops 16 Salt water shell stores, 4 head shops, 3 smoke shops, 2 phone Kiosks, 6 Tattoo parlors, two do piercings, a Great Clips, a closed Sears store, with broken windows and an Orlando police sub station. Along with 2 bike and scooter rental fronts. All built on the vacant lot that was the Jordon Marsh store until it was emploded in 1977. Capital improvement I’d say.
