    That's not San Pedro, the facility is for dispensing product; San Pedro has the tank farm at the Unocal refinery with the 'hortensphere' tank painted as a Jack-o-Lantern.
    The key is deciphering the words on the two businesses. The one on the left says "Trojan --ate," like "Trojan Skate" or something to that effect, and the other, either behind or behind and to the left of the 76 tanks, it says '(something) Products/(something) Service."
