Picked the wagon up today. 42,211 original miles. Only options it has.........NONE. Plain Jane as it gets. Rusty on the lower fender edges and rear door legs. Interior is clean except for one small tear in drivers seat. Minor fading on the interior plastic but the carpet looks brand new, headliner is perfecr, dash pad is perfect. Cargo area is beat up a little but nothing horrible. What is the lever that says Upper Ventilation all about? I have never seen this option. I love the color, window channels are spotless. Car has been sitting since 1999. The "Original" buyer got it running, bought a brand new gas tank, did a complete tune-up, replaced the water pump, thermostat housing and thermostat. Then he decided it wasnt what he wanted and sold it at a loss to me. Pretty happy with the purchase. Now to decide to repaint it or just enjoy

Maybe touch up where it is rusted. I'd drive it and enjoy just like it is.
Open the upper vent knob and feel for fresh air.

Sorry, but olive green is just one step above olive drab, making it look like an Army staff car. The dark green metallic Fords had in the '70s was a much better shade, and consequently was a lot mor ecommon. I had a '77 Granada 2-door Ghia in that color, and it looked so gorgeous polished and coated in a couple coats of carnauba wax.

My '74 was the exact same way, except it had AC and the gauge package. No other options! Guy didn't even spring for the color matched seat belts ($10).

Nice to see it didn't have horrid rust in the rear window channels, that would have been a deal killer. As it is the fenders are easily found and replaced and the rest of the rust probably isn't too difficult to handle.

I like the "olive green" even though it's not "olive green". It needs buffed out, and it's a not to common color.

Just bought my "poverty" aka dog dish hubcaps off eBay for $30. Can't wait to get the wheels painted and new tires on with the small caps. Gonna look sick

Nice car...love the color. I've had quite a few green cars in my life. I think maybe I was Irish in a former life. I think this is great that it was saved and if it were mine I would spring for a fresh spray in that color. It would look awesome clean and polished.

My green on my 69 Merc is a little bit darker.

Hoping it's as clean as it appears in the pictures. Owner was super easy to deal with and seemed like a straight shooter
