Came across this in the BI-MART parking lot the other day.
That's a Cushman scooter in the bed.
If my F-100 was back together, I would have driven it today...
Apparently it was "drive your cool old truck to work" day.
So you don't give a crap...you drove your wagon, and that's what counts.
Like the Cushman no doubt. BUT. That Chevy Pick up and that Volvo Wagon ain’t exactly chop liver either.
Haha well, my F-100 is still out of commission. Sooooo, I couldn't have driven it even if I wanted to.
You’ll get there one day Orthmann. And won’t you have a great story to tell at the car/truck shows. Another great piece of family wheels for your boys to enjoy!
How soon till the truck's done? I saw in another thread, you had to chase down a part or two; are there any problems in the brake conversion?
Yes, it's been a long, slow process. finally got the remainder of the parts for the disc brake conversion. Hopefully it will be back together soon. We're also looking for an A/C component which we might end up needing to fabricate. Hopefully it will be back on the road soon. I'm itching to drive it again.
Found this on FB...so I screenshot it to post here:
