Yup. And I don't think we took any family photos. Hell, we only have one full and one partial photos of the Bug. One of the Galaxie, none of the Club Wagon Chateau and none of Grandpa's Delta 88. I can only recall one photo of Mom with her Silverado pickup, and Dad with his '54 Monterey. The last few, I don't know.
Bummer man. I remember as a kid asking my Dad if he had any photos of his 57 Chevy wagon. He did not. Over the years I have gone through most of my Grandparent's photo albums and in the process I have only come across one that has Dad's 57 in it. It is sitting in the background and you can only see the rear quarter. Some folks took photos of their vehicles, some didn't. I remember making a mental note at the time that I needed to take at least one decent photo of every vehicle I ever own.
Cellphone cameras do make it easier to take photos. But if you don't get prints made and you accidentally drop your phone in the toilet...
When I swapped phones a couple months ago, I had over a thousand pics on it. It took me nearly two hours to finally get my laptop set up, and transfer all those pics to it. And I don't allow my phone near the toilet, unless I'm manning it.
