Did you read the one about Robert Mitchum's Jew-hating daughter? Here she is doing a Hitler salute. I'll bet, she has an arrest warrant awaiting her in post-War Germany where you can get locked up for doing so

 

I don't know if what your saying about Mr. Mitchum's daughter is true or not, but claiming the innocent wave of a child is a National Socialist German Workers' Party salute is in bad taste.

 

That's just about how bad things are, these days, in Germany. Society has gotten so paranoid about political affiliation, that they've been busy hunting phantom Nazis, sort of like the McCarthy Era in reverse. And no, I don't think that his daughter was old enough to form political opinions, unless Robert trained her to hold up her arm at that angle

 

I know what you mean. I have extended family in Germany and some friends and associates. The German's are Hypersensitive to this even though the end of WWII in Europe (and effectively the Nazi party) was over 70 years ago.

 

Filming non-involved persons doing activities which force this salute position like while swimming or ballet dancing are popular forms of parody used to mock those who instrumentalise any form of government dissent for their own purposes. Such images are mostly intended for satyrical humiliation of the Reverse McCarthyists and not necessarily intended to mock victims of this era. Although, to be truthfull, there are those of the National Socialist mindset who also use this form of satyrical reprisal.
I suppose, everyone by now has heard about the Yellow Vests in France holding weekly protests for abolishing the Macron austerity-based government. Even they have been twistedly politicised to supposedly be representing ultra-right politics, despite them not having any polarized political agenda. But, are simply targetting austerity and austerity only. The following video shows violent counter protesting Reverse McCarthyists getting away with obstructing police duties and doing it with impunity. One of the cops gets asked, "Why are you just standing around? Why aren't you protecting these people?. He answers, "If you don't approve, you could always pack your camera and head home":

 

As a matter of fact, I found that image at some "Celebrities and their Cars" gallery. Since Robert Mitchum was the topic, scrolling down from that image were further images which look like fuel for just another conspiracy theory. Case in point: We always new Robert Mitchum for playing villanous roles and in private life, he was known as a bar brawler, to the point where he could have taken Ted Kennedy's crown. The images following that one with his daughter show him as an Alpha-type male who was married and had a traditional family of three children. the nuclear family images reflect a happy life and even partaking in musical activity. This level of "Politicalincorrectness" should be enough for arousing political suspicion and fodder for even more rediculous YouTube videos

 

Two things: 1) it's the hugest problem all over Europe, to the point of starting wars and committing genocide, is that each and every ethnic and national group just cannot abide others, and so they blame their general problems on others as an excuse to start said wars and genocide;
2) because this has been going back and forth for centuries, there's all kinds of deep-seated tension and hatred that simply won't go away in a few years.
As for Germany, those prohibitions were codified in law once the Allied powers allowed the Germans to self-govern. The National Socialist period in Germanic history is known as "The National Shame," for the fact that the citizenry knew things were being done in the name of the Reich, but as long as they had their prosperity, they went along, and when war came to their door step, they were too scared or too nationalistic to put a stop to it without risking arrest, let alone summary execution

 

In Germany's case, once the dictator got toppled, it didn't take long for millions of small dictators to pop up and fill the vacuum. The Allies imposed those laws you mentioned, without attending to imposing laws dealing with other important issues. You know, Germany doesen't even have a constitution yet. The Allies only doing half the job is now the main reason for all the problems Germany is having today. It seems, most important on the Allie's list was to re-industrialize Germany, so that reparations for both wars could continue. Part of this industrializing process includes the importing of cheap labor which is profitable for the industrialists. But, dangerous for ordinary citizens who can't afford moving into safe neighborhoods, sending their kids to private schools with taxi cabs and securing their homes with walls and fences.
There is even plenty of rot within the institutions, here also. Not only at a very low level. Here, this government funded site refers to missing evidence as simply "having gotten lost" from a locked up evidence room:

How could a suitcase full of confiscated DVDs simply go "lost" from a police department's evidence room? Anybody setting this up is surely confident that nothing bad will happen to them in this life, for that. What's even worse then this and the subsequent revolving door justice for civil servants is growing public accustoming to these horrors and even to the point of indifference regarding such vile acts.
When I was a kid, back then, if the cops ever busted child pornographers and film evidence happened to "get lost" from a room of which everybody knew only cops can get in and out of, the police station would have gotten surrounded by a Torch & Pitchfork mob calling for lynching not only of an arrested suspect. But, for the cops also

 

Yeah, there was a lot we dropped by the wayside...you can thank the Soviets for that, though, as the original intent was to have Germany unified, and a constitution hammered out. But Stalin could not let go of his sector. Then, when the walls fell, no one was interested in doing a proper constitution, as long as everybody was fed and had a job. And as for evidence disappearing, that was definitely a paid job. Someone took a bribe to make it disappear.
