Those were actually superior to the pre-V-8 Corvettes, in terms of performance and handling. The later smallblock versions were only superior in the quarter mile run. Methinks, it wash Nash's mistake for sharing those headlights and grille with other models. They probably could have sold many more, if it didn't look so nashey up front
