Nice group of '67 Camaro's along with '67 C-60 Heavy Medium Tandem in the background.

 

What's going on with the roof of the car nearest the photographer? It looks like a mid 60's Mopar, ala 1964 Sport Fury.
At first I thought it may be a convertible, but the car directly behind it appears to be a drop top and has a regular looking roof. I wonder if it's just discolored or something?

 

I think, the top's just ripped. It might have had a top of the line radio which got harvested over night. What's also puzzling is how the only cars to miss wheel covers are those two convertibles. The car next to one of them still has it's intact. The dealer appears to be in the middle of nowhere. Therefore, easy pickings.
Has anyone ever heard of Grain Belt beer?

 

Yes, my Dad has mentioned it. I think it's from the mid-west. He's mentioned it when recalling stories from when we lived in Minnesota.

 

Wish I could walk through Brainbeau Olds in that picture and pick out a few new ‘66’s to drive off that lot. The Ford dealer picture is interesting too. Can’t figure out that last T-Bird with the skinny white walls.

 

The top on that first Convertible could also be some kind of tape up deal. That nasty black blob under the sign looks like a dirty snow pile.

 

Looked up Brainbeau Olds. Said they were in Braintree until 1967, then moved to Needham. That explains the dirty snow.

 

Its a '66 Olds 88 conv. Maybe some colored plastic applied for protection or some other reason?

 

It would be cool to see a photo of a Chevrolet Bel Air in front of Bel Air Chevrolet.
