That's an odd custom Ford convertible. That looks like trim from some other brand with Buick-styled portholes. A 30 mph zone on Route 66 is also odd
That shoebox FORD is Kool! I bet there are hotrodders who would give their eye teeth to have that car today. You have to remember that may sections of route 66 went right through the middle of small towns, so it doesn't surprise me. This dealership was likely right at the beginning of some little burb's main drag.
