Caleb and I needed to run some errands on Saturday. Nathaniel was under the weather, so he stayed home. It was a beautiful fall day, and we figured it might be the last opportunity to drive the Fury until spring, so that's what we did.

We stopped downtown next to the train depot and I took a couple of photos.

A fellow was driving by and stopped to ask if we'd like a photo of the two of us together.

I parked the car in front of the house when we got home and accidently left the parking lights on. :slap:
I was coming out of the garage to move it inside and one of my neighbors was just coming over to tell me they were on
Fortunately the battery wasn't dead and it actually looked pretty neat.

FINALLY! I can put a face to the name!

And that nice weather just rolled in here overnight - clear skies and 36* currently......9:40 AM.

Well, you and your sons always have a great time in it, this year is no exception. So, give her the love and attention she needs and put her to bed, we'll see next year's exploits soon enough.

Thanks Andrew. We didn't get to do many things we wanted to with the Fury this year, but that was the norm so we rolled with it.
Last thing I did before parking er in the garage was go and get some non ethanol gas and filled the tank. Then I added some Sta-bil for good measure.

It looks like spring is upon us. The other day Nathaniel declared "It's Fury weather!"

He's right, so we decided to awaken her from winter hibernation. Of course the fist task was a thorough cleaning.

Of course, no inaugural spring trip in the Fury would be complete without ice cream

I don't know any dog that isn't ready to go for a ride, it used to be a competition between my English Springer Spaniel and my wife to see who got the passenger seat in my 71 Demon when ever we went out.

Well, he never wants to get left behind. It's pretty funny sometimes when he jumps in the car because he thinks we're going somewhere, and we're not. The more we try to convince him that we're just cleaning it out or something like that, and not going for a ride the more determined he is to stay in the car :biglaugh:
