Without having read it yet, I would posit that the last square, and these aero, wagons, all have a strong following. I'm on a few FB pages (aside from this forum, everyone's an enthusiast here!) where a lot of wagons, especially Panther wagons, are really represented. In case you're wondering, aside from 'Longroofs,' there's 'Ford Box Wagons' and 'Wagons and Wood.'

Scully, was that a flower car?

I quietly admit that I like the rounder caprice wagons, and the newer caddy wagons would be an awesome daily driver but that one is way out of my price range.

Nice, you don't see them as often. It seems they are becoming rare these days.

The 94's, 5's and 6's with the LT1's were downright fast! They could beat a Mustang GT of that vintage off the line, quite handily. (That is not an urban legend, btw; I know from personal experience.) The Secret Service used the 4dr sedans with that engine as their service vehicles.

Yes they were fast. A friend of mine, who owns a funeral home, had one years ago with the LT1. It was his flower car. That thing could move.
