I'll take the wagon and the blond chick with no bra. We'll find a few trees to park under, away from the madding crowd's prying eyes...

This picture was taken in 1979, so the blond girl is over 60 now :(
I hope she wear a bra now :biglaugh:

She looks to be my age or perhaps a few more years. I'm fifty, so that doesn't matter that much anymore.

If she has false teeth, she could give me a gummer hummer!

    :disagree:
I also found the following small picture on sale on eBay.
The seller told me that the driver is AJ Foyt and that the car seems to be a station wagon.
I suppose it is a Chevrolet.
    No information about the year.

Not a Chebby. It's a Ford or Mercury, likely a Taurus or Sable, based on the shape of the door handle and the placement of the lock cylinder. It also has a security keypad, but any Ford product can have one.

The last time Ford provided cars to IMS was in 1994.
Could it be that year ?

Yes, that could be the car, if not the same type.

Great old pictures and I am surprised no one has built one

Well, I'm sure someone has one of those Newport Pace car convertibles...nobody gave two sheets about a utilitarian wagon.

In my opinion, it's a shame : those wagons were beautiful

Very true wagons and 4 doors were pretty much used up and thrown away. The muscle cars and 2 doors made it through.
