This one's up for sale. Nice color. Its wheels seem somewhat outrageous, though

The following 7-seater wagon was assembled on a platform shared with the Maestro. I used to have a Maestro 2.0 EFI which was a 4-door hatchback. The only other version produced was a sedan delivery version.
This following Montego was available in both wagon versions and 4-door notchbacks. This one could use the Maestro's sportier instrunment cluster and split dashbord in gray:

The following films's stars are a '56 Chevrolet strip-down wagon, underpowered by a Stovebolt six and a '58 Ford wagon. Vincent Price co-stars:

A office employee restomods a '62 Comet. I think, he's mistaken on the engine size. I'm almost sure that by then, 170s were standard in wagons. Not 144s?
He does some questional things, there. Like adding aluminum blocks for spacing, instead of attempting to mount those calipers elsewhere:

Just checked a a brochure. The 144-6 was still standard for the Comet in '62. I doubt there were many takers for the 144. Most Falcons and Comets I've seen from this period, including my mom's '63 Falcon Futura, had the 170. The 170 was made standard for the 2nd gen, in '64.

I've seen pics of the Maestro before (including yours), but never knew of this Montego wagon until seeing this post. Cute little wagon. The U.S. had its own Montego wagon, under the Mercury banner, in the late 60's and into the '70's.....
