no Buick woodie will ever look better than a Mercury woodie. not even later models with that PVC woodie on them.

Direct comparison of a 1938 Ford Woody photoshot.

Both beautiful woody wagons. However I can't remember that power window option or AC in the 1938 Fords.:rofl2: Musta been the Deluxe models.

The AC on my 1939 Ford works by opening the cowl vent and windshield. Seems to work best at higher road speeds.

    What power window?

And... yeah, that woody has had the original engine and environmental system updated. But then very few unadulterated versions of 78 year old vehicles exist today.

No mention of the hula girl on the dash? :bouncy:

The hula girl stays. That's original equipment!
I may be wrong. I was once! Take a look at that box mount for the window crank.
There is an accessory like that where you don't really crank the window, you slightly move that lever up or down.

People were skinnier back then. That makes a Cessna 150 look roomy.

My buddy and I used to own a Cessna 150 and it seemed plenty roomy.
Many of those old cars and planes shrunk over the years. :rofl2:
