MAYBE !! Where I live "good" lawns are brown this time of year. If you have a green lawn, it's full of weeds. Every year we have a different weed that grows over the winter. This year it was henbane, last year it was clover. We have to spray the whole lawn with RoundUp to kill them. There is a very narrow window of opportunity to do this. It has to be warm enough for the RoundUp to work, but before the Bermuda starts emerging. If you miss that window, you will have a weed lawn that chokes out the grass and will be bare next year.

I didn't say I was gonna eat it. Just gonna look at the green green grass. Not positive but from what I've seen of them the roots don't look so pretty! Especially from the bottom. :yippee:

So, a warm'ish day today. Dried the dampness out of the grass by late morning as we'd had a few days of on and off again rain.

Very green grass, some shade trees, and looking at it and having an achy kind of day I found a patch of sunny lawn out back, laid on my back, and looked for things in the clouds. Not one station wagon in the batch that floated past, but I'm pretty sure I saw a horse pulling a chariot, a bunny, some houses of various sizes depending upon how I squinted, and a dog with a bone. I have not done that in a long time, too long really. It was just very relaxing. Of course I didn't get my projects done but that is what tomorrow is all about.

So Cat, don't graze at the grass, and done gaze at the grass, laze on the grass. That'll make you feel good for a bit. Oh yeah, you live in Florida, so watch out for snakes and stinging things :49:

:banana:Finally spring has hit my part of N.S.:dancing:

We were in the yard washing the car/cleaning out the truck when we stopped to enjoy a few true signs of spring.

A few pics to share with you...

1st. a few spring flowers enjoying the warm sun.

2nd. nothing like a nice clean car(inside and out) shining in the sun.

3rd. our sweet little 8 mouth old pup who just enjoyed the ATV trail beside our house.

4th. also a nice sight, that same pup about an hour later, after her first spring bath.

OOPS, Sorry there was $3500. damage done. We had a rental car for about 3 weeks which is how long it took to repair the damage. It seems to be ok...fingers crossed there is no problems down the road.
