Sold all my cars....but build somewhat of a wagon

    I think that will be tough. It will probably closer to 13MPG max.

    People told me I couldn't get 23mpg out of my Duramax also. Proper tuning will do wonders. I average 25.7 with my Duramax. I drive 300-400 miles per day on the interstate. I am very confident I can get to 17.5-18.5 with my Suburban

    18 sounds reasonable. I'd rather have a 350 as a driver anyway. My late model Impala with the 300HP six was getting 30-34 highway. Just puttering around town it gets 23-24 and reports show closer to 19-20. A lot depends on the right foot when driving.
    I drive 300-400 every six months! But as of yesterday I'll add 250 per week on at 75+ MPH.
    If anyone is looking for fuel mileage they buy cookie cutters with go-cart engines.
