I'm estimating that a car with the doors wide open needs a 10 foot width and 30 feet in length without knocking your shins on the hitch. You need work bench room between cars, and not all would have the doors open. In my case, a 1958 Imperial or a 1975 Chrysler T&C 26' battleship would just fit inside (if I had one). But with 300 per stall, a guy would have a decent place to work and play. If it was just a single car garage, I'd go 500 sq/ft. Parts, tools compressors, spare tires, etc. And of course all the stuff the wife wants fixed. :rofl2: They somehow figure that what's yours is an add-on closet.

Nice weathering job (y). Photographing the diorama outside with the real trees as a background is a nice touch too. Hope to see some more of your models here.

What I wish my 'bird would look like. Candy red over a silver base. The TPI also got sprayed candy red over its Chrome which actually turned out awesome!

You have a true talent on building these beauties! Were all of these of of the box or were they basic models that you modified and improved?

I've got lots of in-scale wagons. Most built from real wood...
This one was constructed in 1985 from bass wood.

This one during the mid 90's. Also from real wood but no opening doors or tailgate like the '36.

This one is a slot car, also of real wood.

    This one is unfinished unfortunately...
