Okay here's the deal. Great buy on the wagon. In fact a great steal. Actually a decent wagon that looks like it will clean up decent and the rust can be fixed fairly easy. Even patched if ya don't want a show wagon.

But speaking for myself, possibly many others, we don't care if you two Jello or pudding wrestle for the ownership of this wagon. Just don't try to do it while wearing a bikini like the biker babes do and please don't put it on Yuz-Tubz. :rofl2:

Damn, Tedy! I need that 400 for Bertha! Wish I were there to get it! A little too far to ship, though, I'm afraid! You are making me wonder, though, if I would have better luck finding a 460 instead of a 400. Hmmmmm Gas mileage shouldn't be that different. Gee thanks! LOL

Well I told Rev if he didn't let me keep it, I'd phone him every day....he said I could have it:biglaugh:

Funny how things change from me saying.."I don't want a non driving project too....."

The only thing the interiour needs is the cover for the done lite and new nobs for the window cranks, Revs getting those for me:)

The 460 and trans are from my bud next door...we have worked out a back yard deal. After sitting 10 years ya just know the 400 and trans would not last long so if I'm gona put $ into a mill, mite aswell go with a real engine/gas pig. (y)

The dog legs and the quarter bottom rust I'll just patch, not going for a 100 point show wagon. Get it on the road running then worry about paint, Deb likes the colour so we will splash it the same.

I'm gona need some extra $ to get this happening so in the next few days I'll be giving the blue Crewzer a mega clean and detail and will be putting up both Crewzers for sale as a package deal. Don't know yet what I will ask, gona do some island home work first to come up with a real world price. But we are keeping the Buick as we do have a attachment to it, Deb's good friend Suzie gave us the car:)

I'm gona miss the Cewzer but it's time to move on. My plans were to swap engins with the silver one but because the stock 305 has allways ran so good in the woody I allways felt.....if it ain't broken yet, why?

    So for the Merc....

    1.... get the tank sorted

    2.... swap engines

    3.... new fuil lines

    4.... dual exhaust ( a quiet one )

    5.... new brakes (everything)

    7.... new tires

    8.... get the tranny servised

And some where in there patch the few bad spots:)

Just get her running and enjoy it...if the motor goes soft later...then you can replace her !
