I will be watching! When I seen the preview this week and seen what they were uncovering I figured it may be your episode! Congratulations!

You know where that comes from, right? In WW II, fighter pilots had a super-secret bombsight called the TLAR...you hold your thumb up in front of the gunsight, and say, "That looks about right."(y)

I got an email this week, and they are still looking for cars. I figured that if they weren't interested in the car that I proposed the first time, they wouldn't be any more impressed with it the second time. It is a shame, because I am never going to get to restoring it, and it will probably become a salvage yard block of steel.

    Just watched Eagle Freak's episode.

    Pretty, pretty cool!
We need to see more of the wagon!

(Still want to see more of the actual work on the vehicle, though...)

At the end of the show, they made the announcement that next week's episode is the last for the season. What's that, like 6 - 7 shows?

I wholeheartedly agree. I attempted to sell the Ranchero for over a year, and all I got for my troubles was a bunch of dumbfawk yahoo's who wouldn't read the whole ad before texting me, wanting a major (like a quarter on the dollar) discount. However, with the fact I'm on SSI, if it went through the show, I'd legally be on the hook for that worth. The consensus I had with CarResto was that doing my rig would mess me up big time. I think that even if I donated the car right after the episode was finished, I'd still be in a world of monetary hurt. But I know they could make a b!tchin' street cruiser with it.

I made it through 30 minutes of the show, a commercial came on and I must have closed my eyes for a minute because when I opened them back up it was over! My house was in darkness and when I looked at the clock it was 2 AM. My minute turned into a 4 hour nap! I liked what I saw of it...I usually catch it again next week when they replay it and it is earlier so I won't fall asleep!

6-7 shows are I do believe the norm for a first run new show. Hell some don't make it THAT far!(cancelled after 2-3 depending on ratings)

I Agree we need to see MORE MORE MORE!!!!! of the actual car resto! That's the part I find most interesting!

I will not make this reply a WOW????? Why ? simply because it's,

    A. An AMERICAN CAR!

    B. A COOL American car!

    C. A WAGON!

    D. One of our own here owns the car!

I will say that I am disappointed they did not leave it 4X4. Actually COOL FACTOR wise I believe a 401 or 360 4bbl lifted BEAST would of been cooler. But it still came out sweet and I am very happy for EagleFreak!

Kudos on the show but please show us MORE RESTO!

Watched the Eagle Wagon episode last night. I think I saw a little more than 1tireman but did manage to wake up in time to see the finished wagon.
Have seen a few episodes so far. Entertaining show. Some cool and motivating ideas. I'll keep watching.

They were talking about the first 'American' 4X4 wagon. If they had been wearing Kabuki makeup, they would've referred to the Subaru.
