I have to agree. They could have just as well named the show "Race Around on Golf Carts After We Drop the Car off at Randy's While He Does All the Work and This Subaru Van Suddenly Turns Into a Golf Cart". I thought the "owner" of the DeLorean was also a little over dramatic too. I might watch again to see if it gets any better, but I don't anticipate making this part of my regular rotation.

Apparently no one has ever done something for you that was so selfless, you were speechless and dumbfounded, or did something for someone in that manner without breaking your arm patting yourself on the back.

One thing I didn't get..........who paid the 16,000? The network, or the car owner?

Ditto. Just another one of the "formula reality shows" that seem to clog the airwaves today. Ignorant people think they're cool and cool people think they're ignorant.

Oh. So you don't have a little silver candy dish on your coffee table, filled with "The Little Blue Pill?"

Lulz. You really hit the nail on the head there. It is amazing how you were able to piece together my entire life based on my comment about one character on a car tv reality show.

All kidding aside, seriously "I've never loved anything more in my life" and then he kneels down and kisses the header panel. Would you invite that guy over for dinner?

Also, didn't he have to pay them $16000 for the work? They kept mentioning staying on budget throughout the show. Seems like if he should thank anybody it would be Randy. All that I saw the hosts doing was stripping paint off of a couple of doors.

Yeah, I got everyone pegged. And I wouldn't invite him to dinner anyway, because I don't do that. I just think he was totally and genuinely gobsmacked at the work done.

And Whiskey Tango Foxtrot on that Blazer & a thou for the longroof Roadmaster? It should've been the other way around! Just because! If he had done that with a fullsize Bronco, I'd be headin' down there to kick that four-eyes' @$$....

I thought this 2nd episode turned out a lot better......... Looks like it's going to be a running gag with Rutledge buying a different vehicle every episode and hoping his wife gives the 'OK'........

I thought the deal for the RMW was acceptable....... it was a fairly low-mile unit.

I enjoyed last night's show, much better than last week's. There was more coverage, as far as the car was concerned, and what they did to it. And the Thing owner was actually "normal". I thought the Thing turned out very well. And I enjoyed the bit on the Roadmaster. I thought it turned out very nice.
