HEY cat i got awhole box of tootsie rolls i can send ya. where do ya need it shipped ? anything for a wagon buddy:2_thumbs_up_-_anima
Thanks for the link. She did have worms when I first brought her home and your link suggests that this could be part of the problem because they(the dog) feel hungary all the time. She hasn't been bothering with the litter box the last few, maybe we're past this stage. So between the worm pills, cottage cheese and my regular scooping maybe she's not interested any more.
Funny you mention this.... I do snack on yogurt, and allways feed a spoon full to each dog when I'm done. I preffer it rather than nibbling on turds. I also feed the dogs cottage cheese, they both really like it and have the vet's approval for both. As for your pup's problem, I don't now what to say other than talk to your vet:2_thumbs_up_-_anima , we have never had this problem. 64country's link is a good read, I'd bring that up with the vet. Maybe have the cat have a chat with puppy? Hope you get this solved fannie
I'll bring chunky style cottage cheese tomorrow. Maybe even Tootsie Rolls if they arrive on time. Glad the puppy is doing better. If not maybe Fat Tedy can send his cat to talk to the puppy.
Since I got my pup I have seen more stars then I have in a long, long time. We have been taking in evening walks, just the other night I saw two shooting stars. Before this I had only ever seen one and that was when I was a child. This evening we went out and we could hear the sounds of hockey being played in the park. So we walked down and enjoy a few goals being scored. It was a great sight seeing these young people, between the ages of teenagers and 30ish(guys and girls)enjoying this very nice January evening on the man made ice rink, almost a Norman Rockwell picture. It would seem that my Skipper is teaching me a thing or two along the way.
That's great, Fannie! I'm glad to hear your having fun with Skipper. Took Jake and Elwood out today for a nice long walk (I walk, they run off-leash) at Smithville Lake and saw a Bald Eagle - very cool!
She loves to be outdoors an I enjoy walking. The other night she was walking so well I decided to add another block to our usual route. About half way around this block she started acting up. I stopped for a minute or two so she could catch her breath, then we headed home. She usual gets a treat when we come in the door but she didn't want one. Instead she went straight to the livingroom and passed out on the rug. I guess 3kms might be a bit much right now.
Well we've had Skipper for two months now. The trianing is, of course , on going. But in two short months she has learned alot and grown! There isn't as many nos as there used to be. She has messed in the house since the first week, if I keep the cat's box empty she doesn't bother with it, She loves to be out side. Sometimes it's tricky to get her in but I have discovered if I but a squeeker in my pocket it gets her attention long enough to get her to follow me back inside. And the cat is still something to get a rise out of. Anyway I thought I'd share a few pictures.
