Stormin' I might need a rescue. I told the wife I ain't crushing my wagon and we ain't moving to Kansas last night in bed. So far I made it through the night.:banghead3:
Where's the Wizard Of OZ, when you need him - still in Kansas? We just got the forecast for this coming year. It's not pretty. Even though it's colder here, the central part of the Continent is a whole lot more predictable. It's gonna be wetter and warmer - good growing weather. Whereas the East and West Coast are gonna change with more snow, more cold, more storms. Net, Net... You gotta pick the best region where you can at least survive, hopefully prosper, and enjoy what you do. Family is what drives us RK, you've got a tough nut to crack there, buddy. Put the wagon on a flatbed behind the truck. Load her up and flip a coin at the outskirts of NC. Life is like a box of chocolates...
I got lucky my wife realized what I was talking about. And agreed to wait on moving until we have the proper amout of money to pay for everything and not leave anything behind, sell it,or throw it away. So after we get back from Kansas I'm going to Pull A Part to get a chevy engine and a few other parts I want to start on the wagon since the truck is basically done for now.
When we moved from Mexico, we had a 5 bedroom house. Never thought about moving. So when we found out we had to (or I'd lose my own Canadian citizenship after 5 years), we had to liquidate all the Furniture, sold the house for market value, and go. Cost-a-lotta. I know how it feels.
Yeah I can understand why you had to do what you did. But I can wait I can wait a few more months and still keep everything I have I'm really not in that big of a hurry
