Fits the following's description. Only those unfamiliar with blues rock wouldn't have any idea as to its former owner. Here's a hint: That owner was known for not selling his soul for Rock & Roll:

Rory Gallagher's Fender Stratocaster. He wore the paint off it himself, it's supposed to have been the very first Stratocaster that was imported to Ireland, and he had multiple necks for it because the original one (if I remember right) would keep warping on him after playing for a while. He'd just have it taken off and replaced with another one, then he'd let the original neck dry out for a few weeks and it would be fine.

I really ought to listen to Bo Diddley more often, but I don't have many of his CDs. I have one from 1996, "A Man Amongst Men." It's a solid album, but I don't think I have enough of his albums.

That guitar Jimi's playing there is a Danelectro, same company as mine that I posted on the last page, mine was just a cheaper type available in Sears. Sadly, it seems like Jimi's guitar there burned in a house fire after he had it.

I have a hobby of cataloguing individual examples of Mosrite (pronounced "Moe's Right") models, which, The Ventures endorsed them from 1963 - 1967/1968. Most photos I have are just ones that appeared on eBay and Facebook and other sites, but I also have a few that weren't. To be specific, I don't catalogue the Ventures models - another enthusiast, Max Katzenberger, does that at his own site. I look up most other models that Mosrite made which didn't get near as much attention.

Here are the Ventures with some earlier Mosrite Ventures models:

Here's one of Glen Campbell with a Mosrite Celebrity, I'm not sure if it's a I or II model - they're almost identical, the I has a thicker body than the II. And yeah, I've catalogued some of these (and also the III model, which looks a bit different.)

Also, yesterday (just after Christmas, what a world) I nearly had a car accident to someone turning Left at a bad time through a blinking Yellow arrow. I stopped in time, but my Explorer's brakes locked up. Granny didn't even seem to flinch when I blared the horn while my tires were screeching. I was going about 35 in a 40 zone, downhill.

I later told Mother about it, and then she went out and had a bit of a a car accident herself to someone else who just seemed to pop out of nowhere. Her car's fine, it's just the bumper, and I can practically wipe all signs of the contact (most spots which are dirt) off with a rag and spit. Anything else is just going to be minor paint damage, and a spot where the plastic on the bumper is now deformed, but it's smaller than a AAA battery. The other car has door damage.
