No forward motion on cold start

Yeah....those are good pix, mrob. That fluid looks like it had something else in there besides tranny fluid. My hunch is the prior owner was having tranny problems and loaded it up with additives to try and make it work right. I thought I saw signs of metal in that pic but it's moot. I'm with TB on this one. Eventually that wagon will not move at all until the tranny is overhauled. I could be wrong. If I'm right, ask around and find the BEST Ford tranny guy around. That's the guy you want. Good luck.
