    The whole car will get a thorough going over as soon as the weather allows.

    The fuel line issue is good advice. I suppose I shouldn't find it surprising that they are allowed to put stuff in the fuel that destroys older cars, since new oil is formulated to wipe out flat tappet camshafts.

    Except for my wife's 2014 Impala, I've never had a 4-wheel disk car. I usually put Performance Friction Carbon Metallic pads on all my stuff, so they tend to stop allright. The trailer has brakes, too.

    It looks like I'll end up putting heavy duty springs, KYB Gas-a-just shocks, and big swaybars on it, probably with air bags in the rear springs. After that, we'll see how it tows.
