John's Salvage Co in Sequin TX plus other PICS. Sat Road Tripping!

If you go buy and emblem or some trim or something. I really appreciate that they let anyone walk the yard, and I always try to buy a little something just to show my thanks, even if it's just a $5 emblem.

With the price of metal going up so high I REALLY appreciate their ""no crush" policy.

Hey if you are ever in the area let me know. One of the guys in my local car club has a 40K original mile 78 or 79 T-Bird. It's a really pretty dark blue color. It's a "Diamond Jubilee" edition. You'd like it I bet.

This yard is just south of Dallas on I-35, right near my in-laws house. They have A TON of classic cars, but their prices are too high. Fun to look but I don't buy much from them.

This place is just up the road from me about 30 miles. I have mixed feelings about these folks. They sell cars up front, and have a large salvage yard in the back. They also host numerous swap meets all year.

The mixed feelings come from the fact that their parts prices depend on their mood. I've gotten fair prices sometimes, and stupid prices others. Also, the cars they sell tend to be rough, and they want a lot for them. They do a lot of mail order and Ebay and sell to people in rust-belt states. I guess you have to make a living but I myseld try not to gouge folks.
