My client made a lot of good bets, and many bad investments. One smart man, but way too risky.

I think you're right about JaXed too. They got the wrong guy's attention.

    I love learning new things.

I love Latin... especially Ancient Latin.

Knowledge (education) should be free... for every one.

As much as I hate to say it....I MAY change my thinking on the demise of jaXed Mash. Because I liked the site so much and was sad to see it go down, I failed to remember one of my most important tools in seeking discovery. Follow the Money.
It COULD be that JaXed simply sold out to eBay/CL. This is done all the time in the cyber world...start a threatening site and have the big guys buy you out to get rid of you. Or, it could be that eBay set up CL by starting the jaXed site themselves knowing that everyone would attack CL for serving the cease & desist request. eBay has a percentage interest in CL and wants one of two things....They want more so they can then submarine it or they want to put it out of business without having to buy more stock. They have already caused CL major problems but that's another thread. The bottom line is that eBay wants a TOTAL monopoly of trading goods on the Internet. Are they to big to fail in their quest? With the FTC getting shoved in the corner by the "take no prisoners" government....yeah, they probably are.
