Ok just got back - delivered the wagon to the new owner, 4 hours away - so just spent 8 hours heading north from Washington DC on I95 - if any of you haven't done that - go and get your teeth drilled its more enjoyable. So now the 85 Colony Park is gone, sold it for kind of what I was asking $6,000 - buyer was super great, didn't test drive, looked it over for about 5 minutes and it was done, He really wanted a Ford to match his Ford Ranchero Squire that he has: like this I actually drove by his house and he called me to tell me to turn around, when I drove by he thought the car looked terrific - Told me that I represented the car honestly and correctly and might have under sold it. which was ok anyway car is gone, I'm grieving, but went to a good home. AND just because I am currently wagonless - I'M NOT LEAVING the forum
Oh, that is a nice '73! He really is a Ford guy if he has an early '70s Ford. Yeah, in selling my Bronco back in '14, I did take a bit of a hiatus from Fullsizebronco, but I never truly left. So what do you currently have your eye on?
Thanks Going to take time off - main reason I sold it was it ended up sitting for too long, want to make sure that won’t be the case before I get another one. Might switch to a Buick either new “new” Road master or late 80’s Electra but then again I’ve always wanted a Bentley
And here I thought Lucas was only a Prince. My bad. He also invented the three position switch; dim, flicker and off.
Ah, yes, the three-position switch. Forgot about that. And yes, Lucas can be either, but I prefer 'wizard,' as it denotes pseudoscience.
Yeah, I heard it differently: Lucas also makes refrigerators, but they have to be installed in the cellar, which is why the British drink room-temp beer.

Lucas also invented the Flat-Top haircut, judging by the abscence of foam on a pint of warm British beer.
