    America fell for SUV because it was on bigger tires and drank more gas than their moms Station Wagon... but what gets me is Crossover.... they even look like station wagons.. check out the ford flex with woodgrain option hahaha..

    In South Carolina, Both of my wagons are titled as SUV under the vehicle type.

    Never really gave it alot of thought...about how does he/she get to the plow...great ad. Makes senses, simple, straight to the point, I liked it!

    My brother had one when we were teenagers. We had a blast in it driving allover the place...not very fast...but allover the place. It was alot like being in a tug boat :rofl: and the hill business:rofl: your so right :rofl: Great fun thou...ahhh the memories :yup:

    That's because they are. Unfortunately the term "station wagon" is not marketable to GenX-ers, so a new term had to be invented. Besides, if the automakers didn't magically create a new "class", how else could they claim to be "best in class"?

    "Crossover" always sounds to me like it's a "Shim". Neither "She" nor "Him" a Shim :evilsmile:

    Hey Fannie. My dad calls them Transformers.. the shims, not the crossovers....
