Just posted some of my interior pics on my profile, tomorrow at work I will put a thread together, but for now if you want a sneak peak, check my profile pics.
Honeycomb H4 composite housings with green streetlights, had to trim out the factory headlight buckets, wire them so when the headlights come on the streetlights go out. I also have green reverse lights...He he he!
First the bad news... I have never cared for that style of steering wheel. Sorry. But, the good news. Dewey... I f***k*** LOVE your wagon!
The Grant wheel would not have been my first choice either, but I already had it so I went with it...let me tell you getting it on there was not a lot of fun. Thanks for the compliment Xav!
Well....after seeing the ideas in that car and how well they turned out...I can't wait to see it finished. That is already a great looking car. When you finish it with your creative ideas and hard work that car will be a masterpiece.
Thanks Fox!!! I really want to take my time and do this right, I am a bit of a perfectionist so I want her insides to match her outside. Took her out for a spin and a bath yesterday...it was awesome!
I really like the looks of that car. A lot. I'm more at the mechanical end of things, so, the ONLY thing I would change in that car is to build a 440 and drop it in there. That's just me. As it is, I just love looking at that car.
I had a Hemi lined up for it for free, but it was in Canada and I did not have the funds or means to get it here at the time. Dang it. I have kept my ears open for a 440 or a Hemi for her. Haven't tried too hard however since the original 360 has yet to crack 50,000 miles.
ah, leave it in there. When you perform your magic on the cosmetics and if you have any money left and you feel like doing it later you can do it then. Nothing wrong with a 360. Being old school I never thought about a newer Hemi. Probably a better idea. Gotta say, though, a build on a good 440 is a fun thing to drive! Anyway, Dew...I can't wait to see some more of your magic!
Yeah weird deal it was in a truck (so transplanted) in southern Canada, but it was around 2002? My guess is it's long gone.
