Well, to be direct to the point, no, she's not. Life has been tough on my Jennifer for a number of years now. We're hopeful that all of these visits to specialists will lead to positive outcomes. Generally we come away with more questions than answers, but that's just how it goes. We just keep plugging along, trying to live the best life we can all the while searching for answers.
Thank you Jennifer. I appreciate your concern.

On a more lighthearted note, do you remember the story about the Troll that lived under the bridge?

    Have you ever seen one?

    I have!

    IMG_6761.JPG

Tuesday morning Caleb and I were able to check out the Fremont Troll. I've been wanting to stop by here for a while and it turned out to be the perfect time.

Yes, that is a real VW Bug... :nailbiting:

Is the Fremont V.I. Lenin statue still there? When it first arrived and was set up, someone cemented a big, bright-pink sex toy square in the middle of Vladimir Ilyich's forehead....

It was still there the last time I went through that neighborhood this past summer. Don't know if it is now, with the current world politics being what they are.

I used to think we needed to learn Russian to communicate with the bots on here. The more I see our leaders at work. Russian may be a handy second language.

So they'll tear down statues of our founding fathers, but a statue of Lenin is cool. Sounds about right.

It's an odd situation to be sure.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statue_of_Lenin_(Seattle)

I am not a fan of the statue being on display.

Also, I like to point out in situations like this, the folks in the Seattle area get a lot of attention for their actions and their ideas, but they don't represent the rest of the state. We're not all anarchist that want to burn down the city and defund the police.

It’s refreshing that one can express their beliefs on this site. I have been banished for stating mine on another site so I’ve been holding back here. Being P.C. Isn’t my thing. Stay True!

Actually, you'd be great as President. The best ones are the ones who do not want the job, but take it anyway. Anyone who wants the job, does so for ulterior reasons. And that's from both ends of the political yardstick, which they all need to be spanked with on live national TV.
